The FTP client built into my Mac is able to connect to ftp servers that live

I've tried to enable and disable the FTP helper on each of the interfaces on
the pfSense box, but none of that has helped.
Anyone have any ideas?

I recommend useing a better ftp client. Last I looked the microsoft
client did not support passive. But on the same box using something
like ws-ftp worked fine.
