I don't have that particular font, so I can't definitively say why it it
isn't available, however it is going to be because Pango (part of the GTK+
runtime that Pidgin uses for its UI) can't handle all of the different types
of fonts that are possible to use on Windows.

The following Pango ticket has been filed for this issue:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=142579.

It looks like there has been some recent activity on it, so perhaps in a
future Pango version, it'll be possible to use your font.
