We would love to have our web page translated.  And I agree with your friends,
I probably would not use a program if the official web page did not work in my
language (English) :-)

Unfortunately before anyone is able to translate our web site we need to make
changes to it to allow it to be translated in an easy way.  Those changes
aren't huge, but it will require a fair amount of time.  Basically someone
needs to extract the text from the web site and put it into a format that is
easy for people to translate and submit to us.

If you have experience doing that we can give you some advice on where to get
started.  Otherwise we're just waiting for a generous volunteer to make the
necessary changes before anything can be translated.
