Using Ubuntu install cd, when you see the desktop, try to press ALT+F2
and into opened window type:
gksudo nautilus
if you are asked for a password, press simply enter, and try to use
nautilus with root privileges to remove your files.
Tip: Ubuntu installed on a pc in dual boot mode Ubuntu+Windows (not
installed with Wubi) is a good rescue, antivirus, system for Window$...
