I think that question has come up like 3 times in the past 2 weeks? Not
that people generally read FAQ's, but maybe that question should go in
the FAQ? :)
Perhaps for protocols which have central signup + password retrieval
URLs, links could be placed in the Basic tab of the Modify Account dialog.
Seems like it would be useful, although maybe a bit troublesome to make
sure the links are up to date.
