Sunil, the problem is that you have told us nothing of the symptoms, and
this is why we are not answering except with requests to elaborate -
it is because, frankly, you have not given us the ability to help. We
need more information. Otherwise, this is like going to the mechanic,
telling him that your car is broken down, but you don't have your car -
and you're not saying anything more than that your car is broken down.
Much like you must hand over control of your automobile to your
mechanic if s/he is to fix it, until you help us by giving us more
details, we cannot help you.

If you would be so kind as to please, PLEASE do the following: 

1) put something in the way of what's going on in the message body

2) Use details that we will need

3) do not simply put a brief explanation of the problem in the subject
line without putting more details in the body of the email.  This is
not SMS.

..then we can support the problem. Unless you do this, you have not
given us the ability to assist you.

Here's a few pointers to put you on the right path:

1) What version of Pidgin are you running?  What operating system?

2) What steps are you taking to put your IM username into pidgin?

3) Where does the failure occur, and what happens at the point of
failure?  (i.e., as you walk along the path, where does the path end?)
