Hello, I have been trying to get back on yahoo for some time and finally I found the solution.
For quite some time my username was "[email protected]" and I am pretty sure that was accepted. With the new auth protocol, the username apparently has to be changed to "bla-bla" only! I tried to get somebody on #pidgin interested in adding that to the FAQ, but nobody cared, so I am sending it here. Not on the list, please Cc me if you reply.
