1. Exit Pidgin. 2. Start Yahoo Messenger. 3. Delete the Buddy. 4. Notice error message. 5. Exit Yahoo Messenger. 6. Go into Yahoo Mail account. 7. Click on "Contacts." 8. Delete the buddy there. 9. Exit Yahoo Mail. 10. Restart Yahoo Messenger. 11. Confirm Buddy gone. 12. Exit Yahoo Messenger. 13. Restart Pidgin. 14. Confirm Buddy gone. 15. Drink Guinness draft.
In pidgin for Windows I am unable to delete a Yahoo buddy. He keeps reappearing every time I restart Pidgin. I cannot move him into another group eether.
