Which service are you trying to use?
There are a lot of other questions that ought be be asked here, however,
the mention of cellphone, and your South African address
(vc-41-6-123-181.umts.vodacom.co.za) suggests that you are trying to use
MXit. MXit isn't supported here. If you are trying to use MXit, please
