Hello,
Sorry about the message in all CAPS. Got a bad keyboard. As a
matter of fact, I have been sending messages in all CAPS.
I use HTTP
Does that mean MSN?
for a message like this:
"Happy birthday to you dearie, I know must have had a good one, let
you looking forward to more exciting birthdays ahead."
I get the error: Unable to send message: The message is too large.
This never used to happen with my previous versions of pidgin.
Which plugins are you using?
Please get a debug log (http://d.pidgin.im/wiki/TipsForBugReports)

I TRY TO SEND A MESSAGE ESPECIALLY MESSAGES OF CERTAIN CHARACTERS.
THIS DID NOT HAPPEN TO WITH THE PREVIOUS VERSIONS THAT I HAVE USED.
Perhaps it is because you're sending stuff in ALL CAPS. (Ok, that
isn't really likely, but please refrain from doing that on this list
in the future)
Which protocol are you using?
What is an example of one of the messages you're seeing triggering
that error?
