Make sure you are running the latest version of Pidgin (2.6.3). There
were some changes made to correct this issue.

Hi,
I've used Pidgin for a few years, but recently my blocked users are
appearing on my buddies list and are now able to contact me. This is
obviously a problem. How might I fix this?
