I dont know if it's a bug or not, but i can't disable the tooltip in the buddylist of Finch 2.6.6. I tried changing the "tooltip_delay" value to "0" in the ~/.purple/prefs.xml but Finch ignores it. This doesn't work in Pidgin, too. I know that this changed in an previous version and that now the gtk-enable-tooltips option is used (which works).
