Where does it store "blocked" ids for yahoo

I have "blocked" some ids of yahoo in pidgin. In original yahoo 
messenger, there is a place where I can find such ids and unblock them.

Where does pidgin store "blocked" ids for yahoo so that I can unblock 
them?
