There is no list known to me but the two librarys you are
missing (seen from your posted configure output) are installed (under
Debian 6) with the packages: libgstreamer-plugins-base0.10-dev and
libgstfarsight0.10-dev.
The libgstfarsight is the one you should miss under Lenny but check
this for your system because I can't test it.
Another alternative could be the version from the lenny-backports
archive, which is currently 2.7.3 but I don't use it and don't know if
this one fits your requirements.
