we want to use pidgin for our Company. We have a LDAP Database where
our staff is in it. ~100Member
Is there a possibility with Pidgin to share the Buddy list that all
have the same Buddy's and no one needs to add or apply request of
people's in the Company?

I think you need to configure your XMPP server to do this.
