I just got a new computer and I'm trying to transfer my accounts from my old computer.
Version on old computer: Pidgin 2.10.0 (libpurple 2.10.0) Version on new computer: Pidgin 2.10.1 (libpurple 2.10.1) First I copied the entire .purple directory to the new computer. = no accounts found. Then I tried to follow the instructions here: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/15053/sync-your-pidgin-profile-across-multiple-pcs-with-dropbox/ Same exact results (after I got the symbolic link to work). Now it isn't working on any computer... -- Moderation in all things ESPECIALLY moderation.
