Ага. Только боюсь, что это одна из наименее "временных" проблем icq. По крайней мере год уже возникает эпизодически. В качестве решения можно предложить отключение не только clientLogin'а, но и всего шифрования заодно. Если уж нельзя вовсе отказаться от использования аськи.
