Whilst the answer is probably "no", saying that definitively in an open source context is very difficult, because it only needs one potential developer who didn't read your posting, but was working on an Android port, to invalidate this. There is no central committee that makes such decisions.

Incidentally, a commercial developer also wouldn't answer that sort of question, unless they were about to issue the press release, anyway.
