Hello: I do not seem to be setting up my contacts in Pidgin correctly, or it is not working correctly for me. Can someone give me a call or set-up a screen share so we can resolve the issue? The issue is that my connections are listed, I have used their oracle email address. In the more actions options I do NOT have the ability to send them a request for authorization but yet I cannot see many/most of them when they are on-line unless they request authorization from me first.
