Hello Pidgin Support,

Curious if you can help me out with my work usage of Pidgin.  I use pidgin
for a customer support service at work.

When someone is on our website - www.holidayphone.com - a "chat with
support" box pops up at the bottom of the screen and allows a customer to
chat live with us in the office.

There are several of us here who must respond to the initial chat from the
customer in order to take the chat.  I'm curious if there is a way to have
an Auto Response or just have it automatically answered by my account?
