One other thing to consider is that your machine is operating 13 and a half hours in the future. Some authentication schemes could have difficulty with that. I suspect you are using a computer configured for use on the US East Coast (e.g. Microsoft's Seattle HQ), but set so that the time actually displayed appears to be Indian Standard Time.
