This probably isn't the place for discussing privacy aspects of protocol
design, though. That's a complicated and hairy topic.
However, I can't help but add my one sentence of advice: Telegram has a
habit of being a little cinematic and their crypto is apparently
questionable. I'd much rather see Axolotl/Signal/TextSecure added as
default prpls. ;)
