This is a public, peer support, mailing list, supporting free software. You cannot expect quick responses. You asked essentially the same question with only ten minutes in between.
You haven't told us which service you are attempting to use, and if that is not a well known public service, how it accessed (in particular the protocol used), but my guess is that you need to contact the people running the service as this is likely to be the result of their policy on how they operate the servers, and nothing to do with Pidgin.
Even for public services, there may be more than one protocol, and some may involve specific plug-ins.
