Environment: Desktop OS build: 18362, 17763 OS: Windows 10 App version: 2.1.3.0 Repro Steps: 1. Install the Application. 2. Launch the Application. 3. Go to Accounts. 4. Select ICQ and login to the application. 5. Observe. Actual Results: Connection refused message is observed while Login to the application. Expected Results: Should be able to Login to the Application.
