Stephen; It *seems* to me like we should be able to merge failsafe and surefire into one java class, and just run all the packaging/deployment stuff twice ? (just inject a boolean "isFailsafe" at some appropriate place...?)
The current level of duplication within the documentation etc makes me scared. Am I supposed to duplicate all my doc changes into failsafe ? Kristian
