The candidate must have hands on experience building web portals using EXT and knowledge of technologies including Jasper, application servers and relational databases.. *Domain Knowledge Expectations:* • Demonstrated experience developing Financial Service applications: • Domain knowledge and demonstrated experience in EXT a must • Domain knowledge and demonstrated experience in Jasper a plus *Technical Expectations:* • Senior-level expertise in core Java and JEE server side & client-side Web application development is required • Experience financial instruments a must • Experience with IBM WebSphere 8.0+ & Tomcat • Demonstrated experience in enforcing development policies and standards • Senior-level experience designing, developing and tuning complex n-tier applications • Experience with Oracle 11g, PL/SQL • Experience with testing (unit & integration), debugging, and profiling J2EE applications • Knowledge of caching, transaction management, thread pooling and connection pooling • Knowledge of XML, JSON, JMS, Hibernate, JPA, ExtJs MVC, SVN, Maven, JIRA/Confluence, JasperReports • Working knowledge of network infrastructure, capacity planning and performance testing • Familiarity in working on NT and UNIX operating systems *Education: * • B.S. Computer Science or Mathematics preferred • M.S.
