Ambisonia.com, but I see that site is no longer on line. The Ambisonics community would certainly benefit from having a few higher order recordings available for experimentation. I'll try to find a site where I can appropriately host these files.
I hope to have the former content of Ambisonia available again within the next month or so; the new server that it will be placed on went into full service about two hours ago. I already have all the content, but not yet a working site to serve it.
Initially it will be read-only, but I hope to have the time and inspiration to get it back to an uploadable site later in the year. Whether I can recreate Etienne's site or whether I have to rebuild it from scratch has yet to be seen. I would like to continue to use the name, but I have an alternative that I'll use meanwhile.
But please be patient. This will be a "best-efforts" project, but there is no reason for me not to spend time on it now.
