I allready am using Caldera DR-DOS for 1.2 years now. I only use
MS-DOS 6.22 for programs which for some reason I didnt managed to
run on DR-DOS although all the tinkering in the DR-DOS settings
and so on. Seems like they check the ver to see which version you got.
Anyway, dont forget that there are also embadded devices and terminals
which you cannot change their OS very easily as its burned-in. And the
cost of replacing them will be high.
