They are in the same city with me, and a "city" in Israel is a really
tiny thing compared to New york and sort. So I guess its "very close".
I've tried to get tech support in phone from them once, but they just
told me that they do not give support via phone and only via E-Mail.
Your problem is very common latly, though. A friend of mine claim
its because of the huge number of users and the small number of
servers. Sure seems like it.
