May i throw in the little "Atari Portfolio"? I have never heard of these
Tandy machines but the portfolio seems very similar, but with more
memory and it has DOS as its operating system!
3 AA batteries will last about 10 to 12 hours of usage, if not used,
"forgetting" will start months later only. So if you really want to USE
the machine I suggest that. But the Tandys seem to be kind of an
important step in "carryable" computer history...
