I sent an E-mail to Mirabilis, not forgetting to comment that
Win3.11 is still popular (especialy on europe), and about all the bugs
that ICQ version is causing. This was the reply:

As far as I heard some of these "other projects" includes ICQ99, and
a possible new "feature" from AOL: you get advertisments on your
ICQ window while you're on-line. Oh, joy.
