If you are running a Web Browser that does not yet support USENET, there is a way around it. You can use http://www.dejanews.com , but, as many of you know, yuo can't get the binary newsgroups. If you just gotta have the binary newsgroups you can point your browser to: http://anon.free.anonymizer.com/http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/yschoe/cgi-bin/web2news.cgi?web2newslink=news://news.cs.utexas.edu/alt.binaries.pictures.rail ...just substitute the newsgroup at the end of this URL with the one of your preference. All binary attachments will show up as UUENCODED or MIME ASCII text, so you simply save it to a file and use 'uu.com' or 'munpack.exe' to convert them back to their binary selves. So, you'd like to post to USENET? How bou't the following: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Simply send an email to the above address, substituting the date with the current date and the newsgroup with the newsgroup of your preference. The above posting method does allow cross-posting to up to two groups simultaneously. All you have to there is add a '+' sign at the end of the newsgroup name and before the '@' sign. Have fun! ~pete To unsubscribe from SURVPC send a message to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with unsubscribe SURVPC in the body of the message. Also, trim this footer from any quoted replies.
