Helo, There are DOS OCR packages some ware, back in the late 80's used
to be some thing called OSCAR for dos or some thing like that. This was a
dos program that let blind people read print using a flatbed scanner and
dos. Now they have windows versions. Also, some thing called arkenstone
reader, and reading edge and or advantage.
