It could have some nice effect but I'm sceptical if it would work: their
whole money diverting strategy seems founded on their sale of numbers of
ads sent with this "mail confirmation" scheme.

A set which is asclever as it's nasty. They can "prove" to advertisers
that they have "successfully exposed" people to their spam, and we
have to pay double even (to those advertisers's accounts, somewhere baked
in into the wares' prices, and with our connection fees and
"attention" time.)
