An intresting fact; Ever since I added BOOTGUI=0 and LOGO=0 to MSDOS.SYS, I have had 
very few
problems with the system hanging, no blue screens and was never forced to reinstall. 
There are of course still a
lot of problems with Windows95, but as I now only use it for a few programs it does 
not bother me to much.
