Hi Mike,

}- Caldera Caldera OpenDOS 7.01, 7.02
}- Caldera DR-DOS 7.02, 7.03
}- (Yes, 7.02 was first released as OpenDOS, then
}- as DR-DOS).

}- One thing I noticed about 7.02; as OpenDOS, the non-commercial
}- "evaluation" did not have a time limit. When they changed the
}- name to DR-DOS, they introduced the proviso "limited to a
}- reasonable time" for the non-commercial evaluation.

Thanks for this info, it clears up a lot of misunderstanding. My
version is OpenDOS 7.02, that's why it says it's free for
non-commercial use.

BTW, I tried 7.03 (beta) but a lot of my apps wouldn't run, Nortons
AntiVirus, NeoPaint, a small database called Personal Assistant -
so I went back to 7.02.

Boanne
