Once upon a time I downloaded a file named BOA092.ZIP, 89,062 bytes,
11-24-98. I don't remember where I got it from. It seems to be some
kind of DOS internet client. The archive consists of the following
files:

This program is devoid of any documentation. Does anyone know what
the program does and what it might be useful for?
