TomsRTBT has already been mentioned, and is an excellent single-diskette
distribution. It's centered around sys admin types of tasks. There are also
a few other diskette-based distributions, some of which use multiple
diskette images to load into RAM (assuming you've got enough). At least one
of these is designed SPECIFICALLY for educational use, and prevents damage
to the main system by not allowing access to the hard drive.
