Hi David,

}- I think the suggestions were to use Yahoo's POP3/SMTP-based
}- email. Was that what you tried, or did you only try the
}- Web-based access? The POP3/SMTP stuff is perfectly normal,
}- except for a little one-line ad at the bottom of each message
}- you write. Only constraint I can see is that you need to get
}- through the Webpage to set up the email account in the first
}- place, which is kind of a pain. But once it's set up, it
}- should be fine.

Perhaps I've not been clear enough. I am not able to get through
the webpage to set up an account at Yahoo using Arachne or
NetTamer. It is apparently a cookies problem, but I'm not sure
about this, it could be java related as well. And I no longer
have access to a windows machine, so I can't get through the
webpage that way either.

Thanks
Boanne
