Have you searched the Internet Resources forum? In its DOS library there must
be two programs on this. They're not very new, look at the lower part of the
list. 1998 and/or 1999 there were quite a lot messages there on this topic
because 1-2 people wanted to try it out. AFAIR they had quite limited success,
on one hand due to the really difficult setup, on the other hand because you
can access just very few services this way.
