rural places, 3rd world, the hinterland in general. The trouble is
transportation. They are expensive to transport from the places where
there is a glut to the places where there is a dearth. Lot's of ppl around
here still value a 386 for the kids, a 486 for the wife to email and chat
on, or as a first computer, or spare computer. Any laptop is still
precious, though the dos boxes discourage quickly. Many students still
value a 3 or 486 around here too. If they could flood our market so they
appeared on thrift store shelves, it would be a good thing.

Inertia. It's not just an object at rest tends to stay at rest; it's
also an object in motion tends to stay in motion.
