I've been thinking of such a client for quite awhile as well.
Infact, this was the very program that pushed me to give up
and register to a C/C++/Java course instead of constantly trying
to learn from a book.
Usually I learn everything from books - unfortunatly when its
comes to programming languages, I always need someone around who
i can frequently bug with questions. After failing to find people
in my area with knowledge in C, and after figuring that registering
into yet -another- mailing list is something I really shouldnt do,
i've decided to give up and just register like everyone else to
a course where I can find other people.
One i'll know enough, I just know that i'll start flooding myself
in programming projects!
