Guess MP3 ISA card (hardware MP3 decompressor/player) really
has some potential market among "true" SurvPC'ers? ;-) But
how big the demand, and how much they will pay for such device?
Using such card all the CPU has to do is just send out the raw
MP3 data (i.e. with DMA transfer), the rest of tedious processings
like MP3 decompressing and DAC are done by the card's hardware.
Even P100 probably still need this, since doing anything
CPU-intensive concurently sometimes still resulting some "jitter"
and unwanted noise while playing MP3 in software level.
