Although at the moment I'm using my IBM AT running at 8 MHz with a
30 MB HDD and Net-Tamer (XT version), it also runs just fine with
my other IBM PC/XT machine, which runs at only 4.77 MHz with a
20 MB HDD. I've never had a problem with hardware in installing
Net-Tamer and going on the Internet. And even with the XT, you
can do limited textual browsing of the Internet at friendly,
selected sites -- for example, I could get my local and world news,
a stock quote or two, weather forcast, and even download a small
program/file at Simtel in, perhaps, a half hour or so -- all with
the humble XT and Net-Tamer.

Welcome to the list! For fun with low resources, this is the place.
