Yes. A "bootable" CD is only a regular CD (or CD-R) that has been prepared with an image of a floppy disk on it, (often DOS) which can be automatically loaded & run. Creating a bootable CD is a function of the software being used to create the CD, though, so your software will need to support it. There's a number of resources out there for doing this; some WWW searching will turn up instructions.
