A 200 W supply should be adequate for powering the system, but try it with the other power supply and see if it does the same thing. Also look at the power supply connectors on the power supply and motherboard for signs of over heating. A poor connection can generate a lot of heat and cause a connection to open. It might even unsolder the motherboard connector.
