Although I am not associated with SuSE and therefore can't give
a guaranteed response, I can tell you that the Qmail license
severely restricts the distribution of binary qmail packages.
Although relaxed within the last six months, the restrictions
are still sufficiently onerous that I haven't seen any qmail
rpms or .deb files out there yet ...
