Thanks for the responses and I'm sorry not to think to post more
information.

What I did to browse the net, was to create a ppp configuration from
suseppp, I then put the name servers of my isp there. They were the correct
numbers as I checked them with my isp. Later I revised the
resolv.conf and nsswitch as someone on the irc suggested me. They seem to be
correct :

resolv.conf

search ssc.es
nameserver 194.76.27.2
nameserver 194.76.27.41

Also i tried to see if the nameservers were pingeable, but they're not
pingeable and I talked with the guy of the isp, they've taken down the
ping and finger responses of those two machines. I tried to ping everything
else I know the ip address of and it worked so the routes have to be correct
, as I can ping machines on my isp network.

Also I reinstalled the whole system again from scratch ,because I changed
the glibc libraries to be able to run staroffice 5, but still in the same
place, the conection works, but the dns not
