I've got the exact same problem you do! You should to go to the XFree86
site at
http://www.xfree86.org/
They probably have what you need. I went to that page
and learned that the MGA driver in the current SVGA server (XF86_SVGA)
supports
the G200. O.k., so far so good. The thing is; that server was already
included in the original
package and if I recall correctly you choose the server after
you specify your the card.
That's where the problem is, really; The G200 isn't specified so I'd
guess that it's the
driver that's not included. What it all boils down to is; is the
driver included with the server?
Forgive the stupid questions but I'm used to just downloading a driver
and installing it!
The SuSE manual is pretty good but they don't really cover things like
this. How, for example,
do you install downloaded packages? This is crucial information.
