Well I decided to check out the 2.2 kernel,
and I have hit only 1 snag so far, and was
wondering if someone would save me the
time, and tell me which package I need to upgrade.
Everything boots fine up to:
"Configuring Serial ports....done"
"tty_io.c: process57 (setserial) used obsolete /dev/cua0
-update software to use /dev/ttyS0"
and a similar message for cua1
then a whole bunch of messages saying
cua2 thru 10 or something were not found.
Then I can dial and connect with wvdial, but
it will not hold the connection. I built
PPP into the kernel.
What package needs upgrading? Setserial.rpm? PPPd.rpm?
